Why we recruit by country
A dedicated account has to pass as a real person in its market: the language, the accent, the prices on screen, the weather outside the window, the sounds that are trending this week. None of that can be produced from an office abroad.
So every account in the network is operated by a creator physically in that country. That's the single hard requirement in the eligibility list, and it's why creators in under-served markets get more briefs per person.
Pay is the same everywhere: base plus bonus, paid weekly. Bonuses are benchmarked against your own country's average, never against the US or anywhere else.
